Anger isn’t all that bad an emotion if you know how to make it work for you. In a strange way, anger can actually help you focus, connecting you to your more raw and emotional sides.
Its when we let anger get out of hand and become persistent, that problems arise. When we let anger get out of hand, it can impact your daily life mentally, physically and spiritually.
Anger is a built-up emotion that builds on itself. And when it doesn’t get vented out, that bottled up negative energy can erupt within us; making it hard for us to carry out our daily tasks and routines.
Are you the type of person who hears the word greatness, and gets goosebumps? Are you able to recognize greatness in others? If so, then you’ve come to the right place. A place for Greats in the making.
You probably already know, that you don’t have to be Napoleon Bonaparte, Alexander the Great, or Achilles to be Great. The idea that you must be a conqueror of nations, a powerful leader of the masses, a genius, or an all-star athlete to be considered great is a concept that is fading.
So, If you feel like you’re not on track to becoming the next Michael Jordan, Jay Z, or Albert Einstein, please don’t fret. Because greatness is so much more than what you’ve come to know.
Greatness is more than the examples mentioned above, it is something more than what we have all come to know, and we all have an abundance of it residing within us.
I want to suggest to you a new paradigm of greatness in this post. In other words, a different way of looking at it. A way that will encourage you to be more willing to strive for it.
Keep reading to learn about the 7 seeds or rules of greatness. Rules that you can begin to hone in on to help you unleash more of yours.

Recently I was provided with an opportunity to read and review Jennifer Romolini’s new book ‘Weird in a World That’s Not’.
Even though the book caters more-or-less to a female audience, I decided to say yes to the review for two reasons.
The first reason; I want to say to opportunity, not repel it. I believe saying yes to opportunity (according to my personal beliefs) is a way to ensure more positive occurrences flow my way.
The second reason, is because the core message that Jennifer extols in her book is one in which I can relate. Namely, that we can achieve our dreams and success, regardless of our past, or who we are.
